Mr. Dzhulynskyi graduated from the National Academy of Food Technologies in Odesa in 2010.

He has been working in the silo construction industry since 2009 and served at Zeronvaya Stolitsa, a silo construction company, from 2009 to 2022. He began his career as an engineer and advanced to Managing Director, contributing to the design and construction of numerous silo projects across Ukraine.

Mr. Dzhulynskyi was responsible for the design and construction of the MarGen SK rail reloading station at the SK/UA border, which he now manages.
